David Schwartz is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office in the firm’s Finance Department, Chair of the Energy Regulatory and Markets Group, a member of the Project Development and Finance Group, and Co-Chair of the firm’s Global Power Industry Group. He has extensive experience representing entities involved in electric generation, transmission and distribution, electric and gas marketing and trading, and gas transportation and distribution on a variety of energy-related matters, including merger and acquisitions, project development, rates and siting.
